Yes, a flying shoe. On Friday, in skunkworks, I was mad or upset about something, and kicked my foot in the air. I tend to do that at random times -- I'll try to kick my leg as high up as it'll go. Kinda strange, but oh well. Anyway, normally, that wouldn't have mattered. But, this time, I was wearing shoes that were kinda loose. I realized this, right as I was about to kick my foot, and was like "what the heck. I'll let it fly off."
Well, fly it did. It hit a light, and caused one of the many, many flags in skunkworks to roll around the string that it was on (thus leading to interesting ideas of how to unroll it. Thus leading to one of my friends jumping over two tables and a chair put together :) See, I'm not the only crazy one!) Well.....of course, one of the teachers came out and got on to me. Fortunately, I wasn't in too much trouble. She just said. "Well, that wasn't the height of wisdom, but I'm sure you won't do it again." No, indeed I won't.
Thinking about it after, it seems strangely reminiscent of the "For Narnia" story -- I wasn't ashamed at all. Nope. Instead, I broke out into hysterical laughter, thus making my friends wonder if I was okay. Apparently they haven't gotten used to me being slightly crazy. Normally I'm very.....reserved....and don't do crazy things. Well guys, things have changed! I'm letting go of some of my inhibitions. Probably taking it to an extreme right now, but eventually I'll find a middle ground.
Well, that's My Crazy Life!
That's awesome! Just have fun, let it go (within reasons of course). Doing crazy things is an awesome way to figure out who you are. Tis why I dyed my hair red! :)
