So, as I've been getting used to the BYU campus, I've made several interesting observations.
1st -- the Cougareat is extremely busy beginning around 11 am. However, if you get in the "grab-and-go" line, you get your food in about 5 minutes. :)
2nd -- wherever you go on campus, you will see more laptops than you ever thought could exist in a single area. Particularly if you are 10 minutes early for BIO 100 and join all the other people waiting for class, doing things on their laptop.
3rd -- There is SUCH a dating stigma (not my word) at BYU. I've barely gone a single day without hearing something about dating.
4th -- The Y Lot by the Marriott Center rarely has open spots past 9-9:30
5th -- Most of the time, you won't go through a class without hearing something that relates to religion. Completely different from practically ever other class I've taken. SO COOL!!!! I especially loved the first day of Human Development -- the teacher probably discussed 5 scriptures in the process of introducing child development.
More observations to come as I think of more things...well, that's My Crazy Life.
