Happy happy happy!

Hey! Sorry I haven't posted for a while.  Life's been kinda crazy.  Still, my b-day was a few days ago, and I did promise ya'll an update on the situation with me and zach.

Lol.  All I can say is I've never been happier in my entire life!  So here's the story....

So after he told me he still liked me, it didn't take long before it was extremely obvious that we'd be getting back together after my b-day.  He started hanging out with the group a whole lot more, and as he did, it became obvious that we love each other even more than last semeser.

Fast forward to Tuesday.  For the past 3-ish weeks, I've been going to devotional with him on tuesday's after my sociology class.  This tuesday was no exception.  Afterwards, we went to PLSC.  Afterwards, I went to lunch with my mom and g-ma.  That was epic! We then picked up my b-day cake from the store, and headed back home so I could pick up my backpack before Arabic.

After Arabic, we met up with my dad and brothers, and headed back to my apartment.  I opened up my presents, and then we watched Parental Guidance.  Sooooooo hilarious.  About the time the movie was wrapping up, Zach knocked on the door.  He had a cake of his own design with him (chocolate with chocolate icing and Symphony bar, ghirardelli chocolate, and Mounds on it). Sooooo delicious.

Anyway.  Pretty soon after that, my parents left and my friends-only party started.  At first there was only me, Zach, Wyatt, and Kimberley there.  I couldn't wait any logner, so I opened Zach's presents.  The first one was technically from 'Bilbo Baggins', and was a copy of the One Ring.  Awesome!

The second, which made me the most excited, was a pair of tickets to the Lindsey Stirling concert this past Friday.  SOOOOOOOOOO amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the party went until midnight.  We played Munchkins and then watched Ferris Beuler's Day Off.   After everyone left, Zach and I went to one of the playgrounds in Wyview, which has kinda always been 'our' playground.  While there, he officially asked me to be his girlfriend. :D:D:D:D Of course I said yes.  We stayed out until two, just laying on the grass and talking.

While that day was awesome, I still don't think it compares to last night.  Oh my gosh.  Soooooo awesome! I started out the day with Tolkien class.  That was awesome - -rather then spending the class period discussing the Appendices of LOTR, we talked about the different castings we did for the second part of the test.  By the time we finished that, it was basically time to go.

After that, I spent an hour with Zach before his World Lit class, and then headed home to get ready for the concert.  First I went to Plato's closet to get new jeans -- found some awesome, cheap, white ones from bebe.  I headed home, had lunch, etc.

I would typically have had my Arabic speaking appointment then; however, Kimmy, my partner, was sick and so all I had to do was tell Makram that we wouldn't be coming.  I'd also made an executive decision to not go to Arabic, as I'd have to leave half-way through anyway.  So, as soon as I had conveyed my message to Makram and entrusted my hw to Josh (Aisa), Zach and I headed towards the front runner station.

Commence awesomeness.  After we got off the train, we discovered that In the Venue, where the concert was, was less than a block away from the train stop.  We headed to the Gateway for dinner at the food court, and then started walking back towards In the Venue.  I'm now sooooo happy that we left when we did - -we were able to get relatively close to the front of the crowd, and Zach was able to be high-fived by Lindsey as she ran by before heading into the building.  Unfortunately I missed getting high-fived, but still -- it was soooo epic to see her up close.

The rest of the night was just a blast -- the people were only about five rows deep in front of us, so we were really close to the stage.  The Vibrant Sound warmed up for Lindsey; they were awesome.  ANd of course Lindsey was just spectacular! I loved her Phantom of the Opera medley, as well as Crystallize.  I knew she was talented, but seriously -- recordings never do the real thing justice.  She was soo amazing.

So...ya.  This week's been great! I also got to see the Host on Thursday, with Zach of course.  The only thing that could make this week better is not incurring my parents wrath when I tell them that yes, I will be dating Zach.  I'm thinking that after I tell them, I'm gonna make it fb official. :P anyway, that's my crazy life!
